Self-hosted workspace

Say what needs saying. It stays on your servers.

Meetings, channels, file transfers and team passwords in one workspace that runs on hardware your organisation owns, in your own country. No foreign cloud in between, and one record of who saw what.

Meet · Channels · Drop · Vault · Shield · on your own servers

Your most sensitive conversations shouldn’t live under another country’s laws.

Every meeting, message, file and password your people create belongs to your organisation. OnlySmack keeps all of it on servers you can point to.

The tour

See it running in forty seconds.

Channels, threads, meetings with outside guests, recordings, file drops and live whiteboards, all on one address your organisation owns.

The problem

Your secrets are spread across other people’s clouds.

Nobody chose this on purpose. It happened one convenient tool at a time.

  1. Scattered

Meetings, files, passwords and chat sit with four or more vendors, each with its own console and its own copy of your work.

  2. Exposed

That data is stored in foreign clouds and answers to foreign laws, whatever your own regulations say.

  3. Untraceable

No single record shows who saw, shared or downloaded what. When something leaks, nobody can say how.

  4. Shadow IT

Passwords travel over WhatsApp, files sit on public links, and nobody is watching either.

The modules

Five modules. One workspace you own.

Everything your people need to meet, talk, send files and share access, running on your own servers.

Meetings that never leave the building.

  • HD meetings, from a one-to-one to a town hall.
  • Recordings saved to your own storage, not a vendor’s.
  • AI transcripts and summaries, processed on your own servers.
  • Screen sharing with remote control when someone needs a hand.

OnlySmack · Shield

The controls your auditors will ask about.

  1. Control 1

    Alerts before the damage.

AI flags unusual sign-ins and mass downloads, and tells your security team while there is still time to act.

  2. Control 2

    Approved networks only.

People sign in from the networks you allow, with named exceptions for those who travel.

  3. Control 3

A record nobody can quietly rewrite.

A tamper-evident audit trail of sign-ins, changes, shares and downloads, exportable for your auditors.

  4. Control 4

Kept as long as the law says.

Retention rules for every kind of record, and legal hold that freezes them when a case opens.

  5. Control 5

    One console.

People, roles and policy managed in one place, for desktop, web and mobile alike.

What it replaces

Four vendors replaced by one workspace you host.

A letter from our CEO

A letter from our CEO

onlysmackWolfiz · October 2026

Hello,

We built OnlySmack because we needed it ourselves. At Wolfiz our meetings, chat, files and passwords were spread across four vendors, each keeping a copy of our work in a cloud we had never seen, in a country we had never chosen.

So we brought it all onto our own server: one place to meet, talk, send files and share access, with one record of who did what. We use it every day and improve it release after release.

For a ministry, a bank or a hospital the stakes are far higher than they were for us. That is why OnlySmack runs entirely on your hardware, why nobody at Wolfiz can read your data, and why we tell you plainly what it does and doesn’t do.

If you would like to see it running, write to me. I read every email.

CEO, Wolfiz

Questions

Before your security review.

Where is our data stored?

On servers your organisation owns or controls, in the country you choose: messages in your own database, and files, recordings and passwords in your own storage.

Does it help with ISO/IEC 27001, SOC 2 or GDPR?

OnlySmack is designed to support ISO/IEC 27001, SOC 2, GDPR, NIST CSF 2.0, NIST SP 800-53, OWASP ASVS, CIS Controls and national data residency rules. Because it runs on your own infrastructure, its Shield controls become evidence inside your own compliance programme.

Can Wolfiz see our data?

No. Your install runs on your servers, and we have no access unless you invite us, for example during installation. You can remove that access when we’re done.

Does the AI send our meetings anywhere?

No. Transcripts and summaries are processed on your own servers, so recordings never go to an outside AI service.

What hardware do we need?

A Linux server with 4 vCPU and 8 GB of memory runs OnlySmack with recording on.2 Larger organisations and more recordings at once need more. We size it with you before deployment.

Can it run on a closed network?

It runs on your network, inside your perimeter. We design closed-network deployments with you during setup.

Is there a mobile app?

Yes. OnlySmack has desktop, web and mobile apps, and the same sign-in rules and network restrictions apply to all of them.

What happens when someone leaves?

One step ends their sessions, the meetings they host, their transfer links and their access to shared credentials. Their history stays as an organisational record.

Where is our data stored?

On servers your organisation owns or controls, in the country you choose: messages in your own database, and files, recordings and passwords in your own storage.

KEEP YOUR SECRETS AT HOME.

See OnlySmack running on a server like yours, and bring your security team.
